• Unknown and Unstated Paternity and the Indian Act: How Indigenous People are Losing Their Status

    In 2010, Lynn Gehl, Ph.D. launched the National Strategy to Raise Awareness about Unknown and Unstated Paternity (NSRAUUP) and the Indian Act.  She has developed a kit the provides information sheets and articles about the legislation and how it affects status registration.
