Community Health Outreach
The Community Health Outreach Program’s main objective is to promote health and healthy lifestyle choices for Aboriginal people. Community Health Outreach workers strive to learn and to educate Aboriginal women and their families about health care, illness prevention and ways to reduce or escape family violence.
